Room provide all facilities that we need, big comfy bed. clean room. Very Helpful staff even though they cannot communicate in English. The kiosk for check-in is easy friendly to use (many variety of language).

Very patient and accomodating staff and management, doing everything they can to leave you a good impression of Taiwan! Replenished supplies without even being asked. Refunded me one night without any problem after I unexpectedly had to leave a day early. I would like to stay here again when I return to Hualien in the summer!

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is exceptionally nice.

A water dispenser and instant coffee on the first floor. The room is relatively small, but the interior is newly renovated.

Walking distance to Hualien TRA and there's a lot of scooter rental shop around the area. If you are planning to take early TRA then this is a good option. We drop off our bag and proceed to our scooter rental shop.
